Personable with a think-outside-the-box approach, Founder and CEO, Shatakia Niles, identifies and creates simple, yet effective ways, to help entrepreneurs thrive. She operates from four fundamental principles that guide her work:

An advocate of the “village” mindset, Shatakia owns and operates two prominent businesses: Lorraine & Associates Administrative Services, a full-service administrative company, and Niles Striping, a local parking lot striping business. Shatakia is well-versed in all things business having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Professional Management and Finance from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, her portfolio includes extensive Black Belt Lean Six Sigma and project management training. Shatakia’s expertise lies in process improvement and event and project planning from ideation to implementation.

When Shatakia is not busy running her businesses or partnering with other like-minded people, you can find her traveling around the world or spending time with friends and family.
